Serbian goalkeeper Jorge Petrovic is set to leave Chelsea to join French Ligue 1 side Strasbourg on a one-year loan deal.

Another player has been cleared from the Lion’s Cave. Serbian national team goalkeeper Jorge Petrovic is set to move from Chelsea to play. Djojevic made 31 appearances last season and his individual performances were so good that some media outlets have speculated that he could become Chelsea’s permanent number one for the new season, with Robert Sanchez likely to be sold.

However, it was ultimately Djojevic who was sent on loan to France. In addition to Sanchez reclaiming his position, the Blues also paid to bring in goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen from Villarreal to add another option.
